What We Offer
Mentorship
Each program participant will be assigned an on-staff “Buddy” to act as a mentor* with the hopes of developing a bond and mutual respects. It is the desire of Asphalt Kidz, Inc. that the buddy relationship will transfer to the youth’s daily life within their respective families and communities.
A Participant requiring services not provided by this program, such as, emotional counseling, family issues or interpersonal relationships, will be assisted in locating the appropriate agency or organization to serve the specific needs. All matters of confidentiality will be honored unless the program believes that a life-threatening situation is involved, at which point the appropriate youth organization shall be notified.
